I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your whole Rinek Construction team for the excellent workmanship on our home. We have now spent a couple of weeks enjoying the home, and the quality construction becomes more evident each day.
We really appreciated your personal involvement on every detail of construction, and your willingness to discuss the many different ideas we presented to you. The end result is a home that reflects our personality, and is constructed with care and attention to detail.
Each day we are amazed how well the house reacts in all weather conditions. When it is cold the house stays warm, when it is hot the house stays cool, in bad weather we feel we are totally protected. This can only be accomplished with attention to detail and quality construction.
We also really appreciated working with your team. Jimmy, your Construction Supervisor, was on top of every detail and made sure every sub did their work correctly and to the highest standard. Faith, your inside person, made sure we were aware of all the scheduling and available for all the necessary choices we had to make, and followed through on any detail concerns we mentioned. I believe it is that good teamwork that results in the high quality home you have built for us. We have received nothing but compliments from anyone who has been to the house.
